Rules for Bonus ACTIVA
- A bonus action is available only for ACTIVA customers purchasing under standard commercial terms.

To obtain the gift is to be achieved by a certain number of points that are allocated to customers on the basis of turnover of the company according to the following key ACTIVA :
1.000,- CZK excl. VAT 1 point 25.800,- CZK excl. VAT 25 points 91.900,- CZK excl. VAT 91 points

Minimum number of points for obtaining the gift is 15.
- List of gifts and the requisite number of points for them are listed on the website www.activa.cz
- Points are credited for the purchase from ACTIVA in the period from 1.1.2004 until the completion of actions BONUS. About the termination of action will ACTIVA inform on its website at least 3 months before the date of termination.
- The status of the customer points can keep the sales representative or e-mail address bonus@activa.cz ACTIVA itself automatically does not inform about the status of the customer points.
- Points for different ID can not be added.
- Selected gift could customers required through internet form or at e-mail address bonus@activa.cz . Client will be then contacted by its sales representative about the gift delivery.
- The right to obtain the gift is losing any customer whose invoices will be paid during overdue.
- In case that the customer does not order at ACTIVA more than 6 months all his gained points will be forfeited.
- The type of gift which could be replaced in the course of action will always be a high-quality branded goods.
- ACTIVA Company reserves the right to change the rules at any time in its course. At the same time the company undertakes ACTIVA of any changes in the rules always be informed on its website.
