Catalogue - important info

• Items from the catalogue we do not keep on stock in ACTIVA (see breakdown of orders promotional items)

• Minimum load:

  10 pieces from the subject goods in the price of up to 1000 EUR / pcs (VAT excluded).
  1 pce of the subject goods in the price of over 1000 EUR / pcs (VAT excluded)

• For new customers will require to pay 50% -80% in advance invoice before ordering the required promotional products. Proforma invoice amount will be determined according to the above orders
• Ad Agencies: 15% discount from the catalog price (excluding VAT) + without the possibility of application of quantity discounts.
• Quantitative - invoice discounts (from price without VAT)

• writings in most cases include a black cartridge (blue content is listed in the pricelist for the appropriate ball pencil. Unless blue ball pen in the relevant is listed it is always a black cartridge).
• For selected advertising we will provide the processing of your company logo (tampon printing, screen printing, laser, embossing, embroidery)
• Processing design = adjustment will be delivered in about 3 working days of receiving the binding order.

DATA FOR PRINT

• Supporting documents for print should be sent preferably as a vector file for the PC in a format:. Ai;. Cdr (curve) - ie in Ai Illustrator or Corel Draw in curves.
• In the absence of any documentation in these formats is charged 500 CZK / hour (excluding VAT) for redrawing the bitmap logo into curves.
